Dance & Tumbling Class for age 3 - 5 years old
Tiny Toes:We offer Tiny Toes classes for 3-5 year olds. This is a one (1) hour long class. The class teaches the beginning basics of jazz, and plants the seed for the LOVE of dancing. Tiny Toes may perform locally at retirement centers or community events as well as perform up to 2 routines during the season (Feb performance and May performance). The children will gain experience in Jazz with the basics of this style being touched on thru lots of creativity and repetition. This is a great foundation class if your little one wants to continue dancing into the future!
Tumble Bugs: Combine your Starstruck Experience with a Tumbling Class before or after your Dance Class. We offer tumbling classes for 3 year olds and up. Ranging from Beginning to Advanced skills. We have a state of the art 70 foot Tumble Trak and a 50 foot spring floor. Our instructors can also teach Cheer and Power Tumbling techniques to help your dancer and/or tumbler with a standing back handspring, standing tuck, running passes, aerials, back walk-overs, front walk-overs, cartwheels, back bends and more.
Ballet I: Our incredible ballet program offers beginning through advanced levels. This class sets the stage for beautiful ballet discipline. Ballet is one of the oldest dance forms and is an important asset to any young dancer. Ballet not only builds the foundation needed to become a strong technical dancer, but more importantly a safe dancer. Students will develop their dance technique, flexibility, body awareness and discipline, through this graceful and beautiful form of dance.
Rookeez Tap: Tap allows for a dancers body to become a percussive instrument with the help of tap shoes. It uses jazz music and adds a rhythmic twist. Students will learn the importance of the music’s beat and rhythm in this high energy class.
