*Every student is required to pay a $35 yearly membership fee at the start of their first class. 
* Tuition will be due at the 1st of each month. Any tuition not paid by the 5th of the month
​will be assessed with a $15 late fee on the 6th.
* I understand that I will be required to provide a valid credit card to keep on file.  I authorize Starstruck to charge this card in the event that I have a past due balance on my account on the last day of the month.  I understand that I will not be given any additional notice prior to the card being charged for the past due balance.  ​
* Any returned checks or automatic payments returned unpaid will result in a $35 NSF fee. 
* If a dancers account is not at a zero balance at the start of each month, that dancer will be asked to sit out from class until the account is brought to a current status. 
*Monthly tuition is not prorated for studio holiday closures and will also not be charged when there are extra days in the  month (5 weeks, extra practices etc).
